Terms of Use

The terms you accept by using this site, including acceptable use, intellectual property and liability.

Last updated 18 October 2026 · Applies to Daily AI Brief

These terms govern your use of Daily AI Brief. By reading the site, subscribing to the newsletter or sending us a message, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Daily AI Brief. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that operator; "you" means the person using the site.

What this site is

Daily AI Brief is an independent publication covering artificial intelligence — news, tool reviews, guides and analysis. Everything here is published for general information. It is not professional advice, and the Disclaimer sets out the limits of what you should rely on it for.

Using the site

You may read, link to, quote briefly with attribution, and share our articles. You may not:

  • republish a whole article, or a substantial part of one, without our written permission;
  • scrape or harvest the site in bulk, or use automated tools that degrade its performance for other readers;
  • use the content to train a machine-learning model without our written permission;
  • attempt to gain access to the administration area, any account, or any part of the server you are not authorised to reach;
  • probe, scan or test the site's security without our prior written consent;
  • introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation;
  • misrepresent your identity, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringing;
  • use the contact form or newsletter for spam or bulk commercial messages.

We may restrict access to anyone who breaches these terms, without notice.

Responsible security disclosure

If you discover a security flaw, we would rather hear from you than not. Report it through the contact page, give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly, and do not access, alter or delete other people's data while investigating. We will not pursue action against research conducted in that spirit.

Our content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the articles, headlines, photographs, illustrations, layout, design and code on this site are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

What you may do without asking: quote a short extract for review, commentary, news reporting or teaching, provided you credit Daily AI Brief and link to the original article.

What needs permission: republication in full or in substantial part, translation, inclusion in a commercial product, systematic copying, and use as training data for machine-learning systems. Ask us — we often say yes.

Trade marks, product names and logos belonging to other companies remain theirs. We use them descriptively, and their appearance here does not imply any endorsement or affiliation in either direction.

Content you send us

When you send us a message, tip, correction or newsletter sign-up, you keep ownership of what you wrote. You give us permission to read it, store it, and act on it — including publishing a correction if your message prompts one.

If you send us something you would not want quoted, say so and we will treat it as confidential. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through the contact form; it is not an encrypted channel.

Links to other sites

We link to sources, tools and further reading. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their products or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you follow a link, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including individual articles — at any time, without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything you read on it. That includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, and any indirect or consequential loss, whether or not we were warned it was possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Indemnity

If your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the site, causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.

Copyright complaints

We respect copyright and expect the same. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, contact us with:

  • identification of the work you say has been infringed;
  • the exact URL of the material on this site;
  • your name, postal address and email address;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement, accurate on penalty of perjury, that the information is correct and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We investigate every properly made complaint and remove infringing material promptly. Send notices through the contact page or to connect@aidailybrief.in. If you believe your material was removed in error, tell us and we will reconsider.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the cookies we set are listed in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the "last updated" date at the top shows when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory laws of your own country.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the whole agreement between us about your use of this site.
